At "Hair off the Dog II" you would be trained by the proprietor Rachel Goutorbe-Scott who litterally has been "born and bred" in the dog world. Her family has been showing & working dogs for the past 30 years under the UPPERWOOD affix in the UK, having many show champions and full champions under their name.

Training is restricted to 2 students at any one time. Rachel has a successful record of training & running businesses. Having trained in the UK initially, running a Kennels & Grooming Salon in the UK for the last 10 years, then setting up an English Dog Grooming Salon in Andalucia, just minutes from beautiful Marbella & the Costa Del Sol.

If your need is to learn from the beginning with the view to becoming a professional groomer then a 10 day course (over two weeks) is essential. The course combines training & working with pet dogs giving practical cuts & styles for their owners. The Salon / Training centre is English with 90% of the clients being English as well as the tutor, so there is no need to be concerned.
